Central Region Warehouse space Expansion

By November 2012, E H Utara Shah Alam will see it's warehouse expansion plan completed and ready to serve our clients with a brand new warehouse facility. 

The new extension will have a 2 stories building comprising 60,000 sq ft of warehouse space. 3 units of cargo lifts will be in place for warehouse internal movements and a total of 10 loading bays will be in place.

Receiving many more warehouse enquiries from our valued business partners and customers, E H Utara is poised to develop more warehouse space both in Central and Bangkok Region in the year of 2013-2014.

Haulage Expansion

At the beginning of year 2011, E.H. Utara has expand its Haulage service by adding two Side Loaders which handled 4,354 twenty-foot equivalent units (TEUs) of containers in 2011.

To ensure we meet the customer needs, E.H.Utara has just placed order for another 4  new SideLoaders from Hammar Maskin which estimate to be delivered on March 2012.

Currently, every driver is occupied with BlackBerry smart phone and trained to update the status of the movement information such as Container No., location, Delivery status & etc. All the status were updated by email at real time which doesn’t need customer service to inform the customer or vice versa.

In few months time, Mobile data terminal (MDT) will be fully equip in all trucks which will provide exact trip status such as current trucks ETA, Route & location to our customers .
